Application Steps for the 2014-2015 Program :

 The online application for U.S. teachers interested in the Fulbright Classroom Teacher Exchange Program for the 2013-2014 academic year is now closed. 

The application deadline for the 2014-2015 program is October 15, 2013.

Institutional and Community Support
  • Steps your school will take to assist the exchange teacher
  • Potential courses the incoming Fulbright Teacher may teach
  • Resources in your school and community that would contribute to a successful exchange, including individuals and groups who be willing to assist the incoming Fulbright Teacher
  • Explore school procedures for administrative leave with salary

Essays
  • Your motivation to apply for the exchange
  • What qualities you have that will help you successfully live and work abroad
  • How you will use the Fulbright experience in your professional work when you return

Professional References
  • You will be required to submit a reference from your immediate supervisor and two additional references
