International Partner Organizations

U.S. Embassies and Consulates, Fulbright Commissions and private exchange organizations manage the program in consultation with the Department of State, participating schools and organizations in the host country. These partner organizations also screen, interview and recommend to the Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board qualified candidates for grants.

International teachers apply to the partner organization in their home country.
